The gates open daily Wednesday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 4pm.

Fieldays is held at Mystery Creek Events Centre, 125 Mystery Creek Road, Ohaupo, New Zealand.

Tickets will go on sale in 2024.

Mystery Creek is a convenient 15-minute drive from Hamilton’s CBD, 2 minutes from Hamilton Airport, a 15 minute drive from Te Awamutu and Cambridge, and just over 1.5 hours from Auckland, Tauranga and Rotorua. 

You can get to Fieldays by bus, park and ride buses, jet boat, helicopter or car. Please see transport options here.

Ample free parking is available off Mystery Creek Road and Airport Road. Use the handy 'pin your car' feature in the Fieldays App to ensure you can easily find your vehicle at the end of the day.

Mobility access parking is available at the event for CCS permit holders at Gate 2 at 125 Mystery Creek Road.

These are located throughout the event; Find these on the Fieldays App by selecting the 'layers' icon at the top right of the map and turning on the 'Toilets' layer. Alternatively, you can search ‘toilets’ in the App, or refer to the Fieldays Focus, or follow on-site signage.

There is a range of delicious food and refreshment options available at Fieldays, to suit every taste bud and dietary requirement. With three Good George bars and multiple food courts, you'll be spoilt for choice!

We do not have any banking or ATM's available on site.

Yes, please complete this form to register your guest as an International Guest at Fieldays. International guests registered with Fieldays can access the New Zealand International Business Centre throughout the event, as a space to connect with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE), and other New Zealand businesses and industry stakeholders and local expertise. 

A limited number of Mobility Scooters are available for hire while at Fieldays from Mobility Centre, Hamilton - these need to be pre-booked prior to arriving at the event. Bookings can be made by calling Mobility Centre 07 903 7050. Hire scooters will be available to collect (with prior booking) just inside Gate 2 at 125 Mystery Creek Road. 

Visitors are not permitted to bring animals on site, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired and certified disability assist dogs. If you bring your pet to Fieldays, or leave your pet in your vehicle, you will be asked to take them home.

Drones are not permitted under any circumstances.

For first aid care, visit the Information Centre which is situated next to the Village Green.

In case of an emergency please dial 111 and provide your location 125 Mystery Creek Road, Ōhaupō and contact details. Then contact the Event Office on 0800 004 444 or 07 843 4499 to report the incident.

Yes. A parents' room is located inside the Pavilion. Select the 'layers' icon at the top right of the Fieldays App map and turn on the 'Parents Room' layer to find the location. Alternatively, search 'parents room’ in the App, refer to the printed Fieldays Focus, or follow on-site signage.

There are also baby change tables in selected toilets at Fieldays. Refer to the map.

You can pick up a free Fieldays Smart Band at the gate at Fieldays. 

The benefit of the Smart Band is that you don’t have to repeatedly fill in your contact details to enter competitions, simply tap to engage with your favourite participating exhibitors to enter competitions, claim giveaways, and request information relevant to you.

No, we do not allow campervans and motorhomes to stay onsite overnight. Please contact your local i-SITE for campervan/motorhome accommodation options.

Items that are prohibited at Fieldays include quad bikes, push bikes, skateboards, scooters, dogs (aside from guide and assistance dogs), weapons, alcohol (except where alcohol is sold or provided in designated areas), and illegal drugs.

At Fieldays there is a very wide variety of food to suit most, if not all dietary requirements. Please refer to the Fieldays App or the Fieldays Focus publication to see where the different food vendors are located.

There is accommodation near Mystery Creek, in Cambridge, Hamilton, Te Awamutu and beyond. Contact the local i-sites that have visibility of vacancies across the region.

If you get stuck and can't move your vehicle out of a car park at Fieldays, talk to one of our helpful staff or volunteers and they will contact one of the operations team nearby to pull you out.

The Fieldays Forestry Hub has a wide range of industry jobs across the Food and Fibre sector. Visit site G80.

 

Under the theme of ‘Wood – our low-carbon future’, the Fieldays Forestry Hub is a dedicated space at this year’s Fieldays event, giving visitors the chance to explore the many facets of the forestry and wood processing sector and how the sector has a vital role in mitigating climate change. At the hub visitors will discover engaging experiences on forestry growing, climate change, wood products, timber construction, biosecurity and biodiversity. There will also be two forestry simulators on site so visitors big and small can experience what it’s like to operate machinery in a forest.

The Fieldays Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub has a wide range of organisations you can talk to, from melanoma and blood pressure checks to rural support networks and health care providers. Visit the Hub on E Street.

The Hauora Taiwhenua Health and Wellbeing Hub at Fieldays brings together a wide range of health organisations in one place, in collaboration with Mobile Health, to educate visitors about their physical and mental health. The Hub is an interesting, informative, and interactive space, where visitors can go and get various health checkups, and take a step towards better health.

The Fieldays Innovation Awards are a chance for entrants, from entrepreneurs to established companies, to test their ideas, carry out market research, and network with industry professionals. Explore the Innovation Hub to see the entrants including finalists. Located at the intersection of D Street and M Road.

We do not accept cash at the gate. You can buy Fieldays tickets at the gate and online using credit card or EFTPOS only. 

New Zealand Red Cross operates the missing persons service at Fieldays. Select the 'layers' icon at the top right of the App map and turn on the 'Missing Persons' layer to see where the meeting area is. Alternatively, search for Red Cross, and select 'directions'.

The Fieldays Sustainability Hub offers convenient access to information about sustainability, along with various activities and discussions aimed at promoting better environmental outcomes and encouraging action.

Activate the Fieldays Sustainability Trail layer on the map on the Fieldays App to find exhibitors demonstrating their sustainability practices, products, and initiatives at their site.  

No, unfortunately, bikes are not permitted to be ridden on-site during Fieldays.
