Fieldays Careers & Education Hub

Your students will leave inspired to look at a career in New Zealand's thriving primary industries.
Once you've visited the Hub, start the Trail to explore other exhibitors with information and opportunities for students around the event. Turn on the 'Careers Trail' layer on the Fieldays App.

Itinerary suggestion
1.
Head to the Fieldays Careers & Education Hub, browse the exhibitors and attend the engagement sessions of interest to your group.
2.
Morning tea at the Heritage Village. Take a break and stroll through the National Dairy Museum, or regroup and enjoy the view of village.
3.
Visit the Fieldays® Drone Zone (S28), for the careers session, daily from 11:00am – 12:00pm
4.
Lunch at Fieldays® Tractor Pull, in association with PTS Logistics. Take a break and enjoy the free entertainment on offer. A great spot for a picnic break.
5.
Explore the Fieldays® Innovation Hub. See cutting-edge ideas in action and chat with innovators, including young people competing in the Fieldays Innovation Awards, Young Innovator of the Year Award.
6.
Visit the Fieldays® Forestry Hub (G80). Students can try the forestry machinery simulator and might even get to take home a young tree to plant at school. On Friday 12 June, don’t miss the special session from 1:30pm – 2:10pm.

Free buses operate to and from Fieldays, around the Waikato. See Getting to Fieldays.
Ample free parking is available off Mystery Creek Road and Airport Road. Use the handy 'pin your car' feature in the Fieldays App to ensure you can easily find your vehicle at the end of the day.

Yes, there are two locker facilities available at Fieldays for storing your belongings and purchases. Lockers are located at North Entry next to the Information Centre, and next to The Pantry. Locker hire is a user-pays service, with EFTPOS for your convenience.
