Contractors are required to complete the following forms:

| Contractor - Health & Safety Verification | All contractors must complete this complusory form at least two weeks before coming on site. If you're unable to log-in or access the form, please email us for access. |
| Health & Safety Induction | This induction is completed online. For quick access, text SAFETY to 540 to receive the link. You must complete this Health and Safety induction before you can access the site during pack-in and pack-out days. |
Pack-in access
Note:
- Co-exhibitors should confirm with their main exhibitor for pack-in timings
- Entry is via Gate 1 only and exit via Gate 2. You will need to have completed a Health and Safety Induction. Text the word SAFETY to 540 to complete prior to arrival.

Freight collection for Indoor Exhibitors
- Exhibitors within The Pavilion (Agribusiness Indoor) must have their site completely dismantled, and all contents collected by 5pm, Wednesday 17 June
- If the collection of site contents cannot be arranged by the pack-out deadline, fully wrapped and clearly labelled crates/pallets may be left on the assigned site for courier/freight collection. This must be picked up by 12pm Monday 15 June
- Crates and other display materials not collected by the deadline may be moved from the exhibition site at the cost of the exhibitor and stored outdoors
