Every kiosk comes with the Smart Band Exhibitor App (included in the base cost), which lets you configure a questionnaire and gather richer visitor insights - like location, job title, Industry or sector, products or services theyʼre interested in, and more. You can also upgrade the App to unlock unique interactive experiences such as quizzes or spin to win, etc.

All weʼll need supplied from you is:
- High res portrait artwork for the screen, including your CTA such as “scan to winˮ
- High res artwork for surround (if ‘with brandingʼ option purchase)
- Your Logo - in a colour that stands out from your background, so that it can sit on top of your image. (i.e. a white logo if you have a coloured background, or black or other colour if you have a light background image).
- Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy
Upon booking; weʼll share a template that clearly marks where the RFID tag needs to sit on your artwork
Via the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal: You will need to add terms and conditions or a privacy policy to your portal. Please ensure you have this prepared or reach out if you need a guidelines for this.
The standard app collects first name, last name, email and phone. However if you would like to add additional fields you can configure this in the Fieldays Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal i.e. Region.
Option 3 - Plinth Kiosk with Branding

The Plinth Kiosk with Branding combines a 25ˮ touchscreen PC, pedestal, and RFID scanner mounted on top.
The plinth front and sides make it easy for you to create a strong visual presence that draws attention from every angle, and are included in the price. A simple, high-impact solution designed for maximum brand visibility.

Made up of a touchscreen PC and 4x full colour panels that will be custom printed for you.

Need help with the artwork? Let us know - we can create the artwork for you, incorporating your images, logo, and copy for a professional finish. A small additional fee maybe required depending on the level of creative services required.
