The Pantry Indoor, Market Stalls & Outdoor
A retail space for showcasing New Zealand made food, beverage, and food related products.
The Pantry is the right place for you to exhibit if you are a New Zealand company selling or promoting New Zealand made products:
- NZ made food, beverages (including alcohol) or
- NZ made Food, beverage related products or equipment.
Note:
Alcohol - Strict guidelines apply to the exhibiting, sampling and sale of alcohol. All sales are for off-site consumption only. Sale of alcohol is permitted by approval under the conditions as set out by Waipa District Council through a Special License. All conditions contained within the granted licence must be adhered to, without exception. Exhibitors are required to have at least two Duty Managers on their site each day.
Storage - Pantry exhibitors are welcome to book additional storage for their supplies, including plenty of indoor dry storage space and some refrigerated storage options.
Wash station facilities - A wash station is located within The Pantry for exhibitors to clean equipment as required.

The Pantry Indoor
A dedicated space for showcasing premium New Zealand made food, beverage, and food related products. The Pantry exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their products’ provenance through sampling, demonstrations and interactive engagement.
Site inclusions and pricing
The Pantry Indoor sites include:
- Partitions - black, velcro-friendly, 2.3m-high, 32mm thick walls
- Flooring - carpet tiles
- Lighting - overhead and two spotlights
- 1 x 10 Amps of standard power and a 4-way multi-board (Upgrades available)
Note: Sites will be slightly under measurement due to the width of a the 32mm divider panel
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets determined by the size of your site. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
Exhibitor break room & wash station
A relaxed space to enjoy a quick break or lunch—ideal for recharging and connecting, including tea, coffee and water facilities.

The Pantry Market Stalls
Indoor space situated alongside The Pantry. These compact sites provide a display counter suitable for Exhibitors with NZ made food and non-alcoholic beverages to demonstrate their products’ provenance through sampling.

- Market stall structure - hand made wooden stall
- Flooring - carpet tiles
- Lighting - overhead and a spotlight
- 10 Amps of standard power and a 4-way multi-board (Upgrades available)

The Pantry Outdoor
Situated just outside the entrance to The Pantry Indoors, there are a limited number of sites available outdoors. Exhibitors are encouraged to provide sampling and demonstrations.
Site inclusions and pricing
The Pantry Outdoor sites include:
- 10 Amps of standard power (Upgrades available)
- Outdoor grass/sealed/or gravel site (Outdoor surface will be confirmed at allocation)
Note: Site package excludes: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage
