The Pantry is the right place for you to exhibit if you are a New Zealand company selling or promoting:
 

• New Zealand made food, beverages (including alcohol) or 
• New Zealand made food and beverage related products or equipment

Note:

Alcohol - Strict guidelines apply to the exhibiting, sampling and sale of alcohol. All sales are for off-site consumption only. Sale of alcohol is permitted by approval under the conditions as set out by Waipa District Council through a Special License that you must obtain. All conditions contained within the granted licence must be adhered to, without exception. The Exhibitor must provide a minimum of two Duty Managers for the duration of the Event. At least one Duty Manager must be present on the Exhibitor's site and available at all times during operating hours. This requirement is intended to ensure adequate coverage during breaks, meal periods, emergencies, or other periods of absence.

Storage - Pantry exhibitors are welcome to book additional storage for their supplies. Options include indoor dry storage and refrigerated storage space.

Wash station facilities - A wash station is located within the Pantry for exhibitors to clean equipment as required.

Where appropriate, consideration will be given to Exhibitors that are new, products that provide variety to the Pantry offering and/or waitlisted Exhibitors from previous events.
