Note: no alcohol or R18 products are permitted in these areas.

Rural Living Indoor
Popular indoor exhibition space inside a large marquee, offering a variety of site sizes with excellent traffic flow, this exhibition area sits alongside Rural Living Outdoor and is ideal for exhibitors selling products and services related to a rural lifestyle.
Site inclusions and pricing
Indoor site includes:
- Partitions - black, velcro-friendly, 2.3m-high, 32mm thick partition walls
- Flooring - carpet tiles
- Lighting - Overhead and two spotlights
- 10 Amps of standard power (Upgrades available)
Note: Site will be slightly under measurement due to the width of a 32mm divider panel. Exhibitors that book multiple sites may require 0.5m stability panels within the setup
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets determined by the size of your site. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
Exhibitor break area
A relaxed space to enjoy a quick break or lunch—ideal for recharging and connecting.

Rural Living Outdoor
Rural Living is dedicated to bringing town and country together, an outdoor shopping village dedicated to impressive housing options, products and services which offer an incredible variety of rural, and home lifestyle audience appeal. This popular destination always attracts a high volume of rural and urban visitors and offers a variety of site sizes from 9m2 to over 500m2.
Outdoor layout
Rural Living Outdoor sites vary in size and are suitable for exhibitors showcasing products and services such as:
- Dwellings, tiny homes & portable home/office showcase
- Outdoor heating & BBQs
- Outdoor furnishings
- Pools, Spa pools & saunas
- Lifestyle products & services
- Street wear & apparel
Site inclusions and pricing
Outdoor site includes:
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power
- Outdoor grass/sealed/or gravel site (Outdoor surface will be confirmed at allocation)
Note: Site package excludes: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage
