The Motor Vehicle & Leisure Craft area is the right place for you to exhibit if your products and services are associated with:
- Vehicles that are predominantly light commercial and utility vehicles (including sport utility/suburban utility vehicles)
- Vehicles with an emphasis on promoting innovation, technology and education.
- Leisure Craft Vehicles such as campervans, caravans, motorhomes, boats, or rooftop camping attachments
- Accessories and merchandise must be the exhibitor’s brand only

Located near a busy gate, these large uncovered outdoor sites offer a versatile, fully customisable space allowing you to build or set up structures and landscape as needed.
Site inclusions and pricing
Sites include:
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power
- Outdoor grass/sealed/or gravel site (Grass site, unless otherwise stated)
Note: Site package excludes: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage. Red sites have underground services, and require sign-off for any ground penetration.
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets determined by the size of your site. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
