Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub Indoor sites
With a single entry and exit point, visitors are seamlessly guided on a looped journey through this engaging indoor area.
Site inclusions and pricing
Indoor sites include:
- Partitions - custom-printed backgrounds on wooden framing along the back wall of each site, and 1m of black velcro-friendly, 2.3m-high, 32mm thick partition wall dividing each site please note - design work for custom-printed backgrounds not included
- Flooring - carpet tiles
- Lighting - overhead and two spotlights
- 10 Amp of standard power and a 4-way multi-board (Upgrades available)
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets determined by the size of your site. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
Exhibitor break room
A relaxed space to enjoy a quick break or lunch—ideal for recharging and connecting.
Pricing
Indoor sites start from $2,004.92 for a 6m2 site.

Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub Outdoor sites
Street-facing larger sites surrounding the Indoor Hub, provide exhibitors with prime visibility and excellent opportunities for street appeal.

Outdoor sites include:
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power
- Outdoor grass/sealed/or gravel site
Note: Site package excludes: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage. The layout is designed in collaboration with exhibitors’ requirements.
