Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub - Indoor
With a single entry and exit point, visitors are seamlessly guided on a looped journey through this engaging indoor area.
Indoor Site inclusions:
- Partitions: custom-printed backgrounds on wooden framing along the back wall of each site, and a 1m wide, 2.3m high, 32mm thick black, velcro-friendly, partition wall dividing each site
- Flooring - carpet tiles
- Lighting - overhead and two spotlights
- 10 Amps of standard power and a 4-way multi-board (upgrades available)
- Exhibitor staff tickets (allocation determined by size of site)
- Starter listing in the Fieldays App
- Exhibitor break area
Note: Design work for custom-printed backgrounds is not included and side wall graphics are the responsibility of the exhibitor
Indoor site pricing
Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub Indoor sites are priced from $1,420.16 for a 4m2 site.
Registered Charities will be eligible to receive a 20% site fee discount as a gesture of support from Fieldays, upon providing a Charity registration number. This discount only applies to Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub sites.
Note: All fees are in NZD and exclude GST.
Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub - Outdoor
Street-facing larger sites surrounding the Indoor Hub provide exhibitors with prime visibility and excellent opportunities for street appeal.
Outdoor Site inclusions:
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power (upgrades available)
- Outdoor site (grass site, unless otherwise stated on gravel)
- Exhibitor staff tickets (allocation determined by size of site)
- Starter listing in the Fieldays App
- Exhibitor break area
Note: Site package excludes flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos and signage. The layout is designed in collaboration with exhibitors’ requirements.
Outdoor site pricing
Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub Outdoor sites are designed in collaboration with exhibitors’ requirements, and start from $1,735.00 for 36m2.
