Apply for a site in the Hub
Located near the centre of Fieldays on a busy street, the Hub has a single entry and exit point. Visitors are seamlessly guided on a looped journey through this engaging indoor area. Exhibitors are encouraged to participate in speaker sessions and panel discussions to further activate their exhibition.
Site inclusions and pricing
Careers & Education Hub Sites include:
- A 3m x 2m site footprint
- Furniture - Bar leaner and 3 x barstools
- Carpet tile flooring
- Lighting - overhead and a spotlight
- Printed signage wall (design costs not included)
Note: Site package excludes: power, exhibitor tickets
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets determined by the size of your site. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
Shared furniture
Shared furniture is centrally located within the hub, and a dedicated speaker session setup, with a provided session for each exhibitor.
Listing on the Trail
All exhibitors are invited to apply to be listed on the Fieldays Careers & Education Trail - a layer on the Fieldays App's map. The Fieldays Careers & Education Hub will be the start point of the trail.
