Co-Exhibiting options for Exhibitors
Co-Exhibiting is where an exhibiting company referred to as a ‘Main Exhibitor,’ shares part of their site with another company, referred to as the 'Co-Exhibitor'.
Main Exhibitors can share up to 49% of their total site footprint, or have clearly separated spaces, with up to four separate companies.
Applications open in early October 2027.

Is Co-Exhibiting right for you?
Apply to site share as a 'Co-Exhibitor' if:
1. You want to have a presence on an existing Main Exhibitor’s site.
2. You meet the exhibiting criteria for the area the Main Exhibitor is located in.
3. The business you are applying as is a separate legal entity to the ‘Main Exhibitor’. This includes but is not limited to:
- parent, subsidiary and sister companies
- affiliated charities and organisations
- naming rights sponsorship arrangements with other entities
- a friend or family member promoting their products or services on your site (if not from the same company)
- stock, signage, branded vehicles, or promotional material of any kind not directly related to products or services sold/provided in the Main Exhibitor’s usual business
Not a separate company? If you’d like to use the Fieldays brand to advertise more than one product or service, you’ll need an Additional Exhibitor Listing. In this case, please reach out to sales@fieldays.co.nz for assistance.

Co-Exhibitor eligibility
1. Co-Exhibitors must meet the exhibiting criteria for the area they are applying to site share within, as outlined in the Fieldays Exhibiting Criteria.
2. Due to licensing and certification restrictions, exhibitors selling alcohol in The Pantry, as well as Food Vendors (except for the Good George bar areas), are not permitted to be a Co-Exhibitor, or have a Co-Exhibitor on their site.
3. The Co-Exhibitor will need to obtain permission from the Main Exhibitor before submitting their application, and is permitted to co-exhibit on one site only.
4. The Fieldays Customer Team will contact the proposed Main Exhibitor and review the eligibility criteria prior to advising the application outcome.
Main Exhibitor conditions
1. A Main Exhibitor may not submit an application on the Co-Exhibitor's behalf.
2. Main Exhibitors are permitted to have up to four Co-Exhibitors on their site, as long as these collectively occupy no more than 49% of the total site footprint.
3. In cases where the Main Exhibitor is facilitating a Fieldays approved Hub with multiple Co-Exhibitors, approval can be applied for to waive the 49% clause. This must be applied for and confirmed in writing to sales@fieldays.co.nz at least 45 days prior to the event.
4. Main Exhibitors may only exhibit in one location within the event, except:
- additional site(s) within the Innovation Hub
- when the additional exhibit represents a different owned brand and/or product range, with a different trading name listed
- Main Exhibitors may apply to sales@fieldays.co.nz to have a second presence as a Co-Exhibitor in a relevant Fieldays Hub or feature area, or shared country representative site e.g. hosted by a Trade or Government Agency as well as their main site. Approval is at the discretion of the Society.
- In the case where one company's product can be showcased in two clearly defined precincts e.g Heavy Equipment and Agribusiness, each site displaying the product must have a different trading name
5. Main Exhibitors are prohibited from displaying or demonstrating goods and/or services of any company, person or separate legal entity where a Co-Exhibitor has not been approved by the Society.
Fees & Inclusions
- The Co-Exhibiting fee is $525 +GST.
- Any additional financial arrangements including any site fee contribution are to be managed directly between the Main Exhibitor and the Co-Exhibitor.
- Main Exhibitors who invite another person or entity to display or demonstrate goods and/or services on their site without being an approved Co-Exhibitor will be liable to pay the Co-Exhibitor fee, as outlined in the Fieldays Exhibiting Terms & Conditions.
- All Co-Exhibitors will receive a Starter level listing in the Fieldays App (upgrades available to order).
- All other provisions including exhibitor tickets (staffing), power, water and marketing products are not included and are the responsibility of the Co-Exhibitor.
