- Coffee (Food Vendors are now permitted to sell coffee)
Sustainability
Fieldays works closely with Instep to ensure we adhere to best practices for ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management. As such, priority will be given to food vendors who commit to the use of sustainable products at Fieldays and provide details in their application.
Food Courts site fee range
Fees starting from $2,676.72 for up to an 18m2 site.
All fees are in NZD and exclude GST
Barista Coffee site fee range
Fees starting from $? for up to an ?m2 site.
All fees are in NZD and exclude GST
Food & Coffee Vendor site package includes:
Agribusiness Outdoor site
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power (Upgrades available)
- Outdoor grass/sealed/or gravel site (Outdoor surface will be confirmed at allocation)
Site package excludes: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage
Exhibitor staff tickets
You will be provided with an allocation of Exhibitor tickets, determined by site size, location and number of sites. If you have more than one site, you will receive a ticket allocation for each of those sites.
Exhibitor listing - starter
All Fieldays Exhibitors will receive a complimentary Starter Listing in the Exhibitor Directory on the Fieldays App. However, the App offers even more opportunities to elevate your presence.
