2024 Updates
Stay in the know, review the full list of event updates here.
Following each Fieldays event, we go through a process of reviewing the layout, systems, processes, criteria and exhibiting terms. It is important that you are aware of the changes before booking a site.
Systems and Processes
- A new Allocation System will replace Premium Reserve from Fieldays 2025 Onwards. Learn more about the Fieldays 2025 Pre-Release Booking System.
- The Fieldays Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub was previously designed based on the number of exhibitor applications received. We will now move to a standard allocation system where exhibitors apply for sites in a pre-defined layout. We can then allocate exhibitors as they apply, instead of waiting for all applications to be in before starting the layout and design process.
- We have added Display Access Vehicle Passes as their own ticket type, instead of issuing these as an add-on to the existing Limited Access Vehicle Pass. Exhibitors are eligible to apply for one complimentary Vehicle pass, and can select between the two pass types. Full details will be released in the Exhibitors Guide at a later date.
- We will now be collecting basic exhibitor listing details from all exhibitors at the time of site acceptance, there will still be an opportunity to update or upgrade your listing closer to the event, but this ensures that we have at least the base exhibitor listing information to improve the visitor journey. A separate listing form will no longer be compulsory.
Site Layout
- The Fieldays Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub layout has changed. We have re-designed the space with a singular entry point, creating a natural flow around the hub, as well as extending the outdoor area.
- Food Court 1 has been relocated and made larger. It will be situated closer to North Entry spanning between F and E streets.
- Food Court 4 has been disestablished with Food Court 2 being reintroduced in a new location.
- The Heavy Equipment Precinct has been extended onto the gravel area alongside The Pantry where Food Court 4 was previously situated.
- The section of sites on the corner of F street and W road have been reconfigured, and re-numbered.
- The area previously designated the 'Central Precinct' has been merged into the 'Prime' Area of Agribusiness Outdoor.
- The Agribusiness Outdoor sites on the golf course side of C street between Motor Vehicle Precinct and Rural Living Precinct have been re-designated as Rural Living Outdoor.
- The Little George Pop Up Bar has been moved to offer a vantage point for spectators to enjoy both the Tractor Pull and Fencing Competitions.

Site Fees
We are committed to providing a great experience for our exhibitors and visitors, and as our event evolves and compliance requirements increase, so do the costs to maintain and reinvest in the event. Therefore, our site fees are increasing to reflect this.
