Notes:
- Co-Exhibitors should confirm with their main exhibitor for pack-in timings
- Entry is via Gate 1 only and exit via Gate 2. You will need to have completed a Health and Safety Induction. Text the word SAFETY to 540 to complete prior to arrival.

- Pack-in deadline for all Exhibitors is 6pm on Tuesday 15 June. All site components and set-up must be completed and staff and contractors off-site by this deadline

- Event Days: Pedestrian access through all entries with valid event ticket, vehicle access through Gate 2 only with vehicle pass.
Pack-out access
Pack-out details for outdoor sites
Note: All Outdoor Exhibitors can begin packing out from 4:30pm on Saturday 19 June, once Fieldays has closed to the public. Gate access is available from 4:30pm - 7:00pm, and the site closes at 9:00pm.
If you are not completing your pack-out on Saturday, please refer to the deadlines and access times for your area below.
