- Your Logo - in a colour that stands out from your background, so that it can sit on top of your image. (i.e. a white logo if you have a coloured background, or black or other colour if you have a light background image).

Upon booking; weʼll share a template that clearly marks where the RFID tag needs to sit on your artwork
Via the Exhibitor Ticketing and Device portal: You will need to add terms and conditions or a privacy policy to your portal. Please ensure you have this prepared or reach out if you need a guideline for this.
The standard app collects first name, last name, email and phone. However if you would like to add additional fields you can configure this in the Fieldays Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal i.e. Region.

Real-time data
Capture and manage your data in real-time. Each time an attendee taps their Smart Band on your Tag Station, the information is instantly available in your Fieldays Exhibitor Portal. From there, you can effortlessly export the data to your CRM or campaign management system. Track site traffic and measure ROI by monitoring attendee engagement.
Support and service
Our dedicated Smart Band support team will be on-site to assist with setup and offer ongoing support throughout the event.
- Artwork and lead capture software will be installed onto Tag Station(s) before they arrive on-site for you to collect.
- Support staff at the Exhibitor Services Centre will be available for Exhibitors before and during the event for training and assistance.
- Phone support will be available during the event.
