Fieldays® Tent Talks, in association with the University of Waikato, is a platform that enables Fieldays exhibitors, industry professionals, and experts to deliver sessions during the event that share insights with the Fieldays audience, inspiring and educating attendees.

Designed for topics that impact rural life

From sustainability and innovation to mental health, leadership, and agribusiness insights, all sessions are free to attend for Fieldays visitors, with no bookings or registrations required, making it an accessible and high-impact platform for knowledge sharing.

Unlike commercial exhibitor spaces, sessions are not for product promotion. Instead, they provide a forum for industry experts to share practical learnings, thought leadership, and real-world solutions with the Fieldays audience.

Pricing, set-up and inclusions

Located at Site D79, a large marquee will host pre-booked 20–40 minute sessions throughout the four-day event, delivered in a classroom-style setting.

The marquee will feature:

Seating for up to 120 attendees
A small stage with screen, microphone, and basic AV
On-site technician support
The full schedule will be promoted on the Fieldays website and Fieldays® App, helping visitors plan their day and discover your session.
