Notes:
- Co-exhibitors should confirm with their main exhibitor for pack-in timings
- Entry is via Gate 1 only and exit via Gate 2. You will need to have completed a Health and Safety Induction. Text the word SAFETY to 540 to complete prior to arrival.

- * Indoor Exhibitors with large, difficult-to-navigate items may apply to sales@fieldays.co.nz for early access to the space. This will be limited by the build schedule, and for delivery of items only
- Pack-in deadline for all Exhibitors is 6pm on Tuesday 9 June. All site components and set-up must be completed and staff and contractors off-site by this deadline

Freight collection for Indoor Exhibitors
- Exhibitors within The Pavilion (Agribusiness Indoor) must have their site completely dismantled, and all contents collected by 5pm, Wednesday 17 June
- If the collection of site contents cannot be arranged by the pack-out deadline, fully wrapped and clearly labelled crates/pallets may be left on the assigned site for courier/freight collection. This must be picked up by 12pm Monday 15 June
- Crates and other display materials not collected by the deadline may be moved from the exhibition site at the cost of the exhibitor and stored outdoors
