Food & Coffee Vendors

Outdoor locations for food truck-style self contained vendors, with visitor seating areas provided nearby.

This is the right place for you to exhibit if you are a vendor selling:
- Ready-to-eat food
- Ready-to-drink beverages (non-alcoholic)
- Barista-made coffee
(Food Vendors are now permitted to sell coffee)
Note: Fieldays works closely with Instep to ensure we adhere to best practices for ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management. As such, priority will be given to food & coffee vendors who commit to using sustainable products at Fieldays and provide details in their application.
New Coffee Vendor criteria & pricing structure
We’re excited to introduce a dedicated Coffee Vendor category for Fieldays 2026, designed to better support barista coffee exhibitors and improve coffee quality across the event.
Why the change?
Coffee vendors typically operate in smaller spaces and face different cost structures than food vendors. To reflect this, we’ve developed a separate pricing model and criteria tailored to their needs.
Key Updates:
New Criteria: ‘Coffee Vendors’ must offer barista-made coffee as their primary product.
Flexible Site Options: Eligible vendors may apply for multiple coffee sites and also register as a Food Vendor.
New Pricing Model: A revised base fee now starts at 9m² (previously 18m²), with scalable pricing for larger setups.
Power Upgrade: All barista coffee vendors will be able to select up to a 32amp Single phase connection as part of their standard site provisions.
More details and pricing structure to come in October with the release of the 2026 Exhibitor Prospectus.
Updated power ordering process
We’re making it easier—and safer—for food vendors to get the power they need at Fieldays 2026.
What’s New?
- Food vendors will now select their power connection during site acceptance, rather than completing a separate Power & Water Form.
- They can now choose a 32amp single-phase connection as their free standard option. This is a major change from previous years and gives vendors more flexibility to match their actual equipment needs.
- Additional power connections can still be purchased if required.
These changes are designed to:
- Reduce equipment damage caused by incorrect plug use.
- Prevent power outages from overloaded boards.
- Eliminate last-minute disputes over unbudgeted power costs.

Apply for a site as a Food and/or Coffee Vendor
