Food & Coffee Vendors
For outdoor self contained vendors providing a food truck and/or barista offering.

This is the right place for you to exhibit if you are a vendor selling:
- Ready-to-eat food
- Ready-to-drink beverages (non-alcoholic)
- Barista-made coffee
Note: Fieldays works closely with Instep to ensure we adhere to best practices for ISO 20121 Sustainable Event Management. As such, priority will be given to food & coffee vendors who commit to using sustainable products at Fieldays and provide details in their application.
Food and/or Coffee Vendors
Multiple food courts and individual sites are strategically located to maximise visibility and optimise visitor flow. The Fieldays team will place you in either a Food Court, or at a stand-alone site.
Site inclusions:
- 10, 15 or 16 Amps of standard power or 32 Amp single phase (upgrades available)
- Outdoor site (grass site, unless otherwise stated on gravel)
- Water connection if needed
- Access to Grey Water Disposal
- Exhibitor staff tickets (allocation determined by size of site)
- Starter Listing in the Fieldays App
Exclusions: Flooring, partitions, lighting, marquees / gazebos or signage
