FIELDAYS CELEBRATES EXHIBITORS DELIVERING STANDOUT VISITOR EXPERIENCES AND SUSTAINABILITY LEADERSHIP
From eye-catching displays and immersive brand experiences to meaningful sustainability initiatives, exhibitors making an exceptional contribution to Fieldays have been recognised through this year's exhibitor awards programme.
The Fieldays Site Awards highlight exhibitors who turned their sites into engaging places for visitors, showing creativity, innovation, and great customer engagement. Judges looked at presentation, site design, brand storytelling, visitor interaction, and standout features.
New Zealand National Fieldays Society President Graeme Austin presented the awards on Saturday afternoon and said it was great to see the level of investment and effort exhibitors have put into delivering their sites. “It’s evident to see the months of planning that go into creating these experiences,” he said.
Best Food Vendor Site was awarded to Get Loaded Food Truck, impressing judges with its uncomplicated menu, quick service, and high-quality food. Its bright branding, clear signage, and friendly staff helped create a great experience for visitors.
In the Best Indoor Site - Agribusiness category, AgriSea New Zealand Seaweed Ltd took the top spot. Judges praised the company's high-energy and knowledgeable staff, strong visual presentation, and clear messaging that effectively communicated the benefits of its seaweed-based products.
The Best Indoor Site – Non-Agribusiness award went to the Neurological Foundation of New Zealand. The highly interactive site in the Fieldays Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub featured a large walk-through brain, and staff wore crocheted hats resembling brains. Visitors could engage directly with experts to provide information and advice, creating an educational experience.
AFFCO New Zealand Limited claimed the Best Outdoor Site – Large (300m² and over) award. Judges highlighted the site's strong visual storytelling, stand-out signage that included a row of flags atop an impressive entrance, which showed images from rural New Zealand, and a welcoming layout that optimised visitor flow. The site also offered New Zealand beef and lamb tastings, further enhancing visitor engagement.
The Best Outdoor Site – Small (less than 300m²) award was presented to My Little Pub, a backyard solution, recognised for its unique product offering and eye-catching visual display that attracted hype among visitors.
