Pre-Release overview
Pre-Release gives eligible Fieldays exhibitors the opportunity to RETAIN, REDUCE, or RELEASE their existing site(s) for Fieldays 2027 (16–19 June 2027) before General Site Applications open.
Exhibitors wishing to EXPAND their existing Fieldays footprint onto an adjoining site may register their interest during the Pre-Release period while retaining their current site(s). Expansion requests will only be approved if the neighbouring exhibitor chooses to release their site during the Pre-Release period.
Exhibitors will be able to view the Fieldays 2027 site fees map before submitting their Pre-Release application.
Once General Site applications open in early October 2026, Exhibitors not already allocated a site will have the opportunity to indicate their top three site preferences.
- Any returning Exhibitors wishing to look at alternate site options or to expand their footprint will need to apply through this General Site application process, along with those who exhibited within the ineligible areas.
- Due to application volume, there is no guarantee of allocation at the event, or on the requested sites, however, we will always do our best to meet your preferences.
