Make time to visit the Fieldays Kitchen Theatre – a fresh and exciting area dedicated to showcasing all things food.  New Zealand is an exceptional and world-class primary food producing industry and we want to inspire and educate our audience.

From farm gate to dinner plate, and everything in between. Not only do we have a mix of NZ’s top Chefs cooking with an exciting range of produce, but there are many opportunities to tell the whole food story around latest products, food trends and health and wellness. Our other expert presenters may also challenge your thinking around “where our food come from” and “what does the future look like”.

Kitchen Theatre

The Fieldays Kitchen Theatre is centrally located, on E Street, adjoining the main Fieldays Pavilion. Check out the schedule and enjoy a culinary session with our celebrity chefs, health and wellness presenters and food experts. Inspiration, innovation and education are what we are all about, so stay after the demonstration to meet our Chefs and presenters, pose some questions, taste their dishes and grab a photo.

Pantry Marquee

After your visit to the Kitchen Theatre, get inspiration and stock the pantry, fridge, freezer and wine cellar with delicious, New Zealand primary production ingredients in the Pantry marquee. Here you’ll find a smorgasbord featuring artisan meats, specialty cheeses, select cereals, orchard fruits and juices, finest domestically produced liquors, spirits, wines and ales, premium preserves, condiments and sauces, and delectable honey.

Located between the Rural Living and Agribusiness Areas, where F and G Streets meet N Road, this is the marquee you can’t resist. Sample and buy some of the ingredients used in the Kitchen Theatre demonstrations plus a range of other delicious treats to tempt your taste buds.
