There are two main exhibiting areas:

  • Agribusiness Area – 94% of site space is dedicated to the Agribusiness Area, where products and services associated with the business of agriculture, horticulture or relevant primary production are exhibited.
  • Rural Living Area – Dedicated to bringing town and country together, the Rural Living Area showcases quality products and services complementary to a rural lifestyle. Products and services exhibited in the Rural Living Area are complementary to a rural lifestyle.

How to apply

To apply for a site you will need to login (or create an account if you are a new exhibitor) in our Fieldays exhibitor portal and download the 2020 prospectus. General applications close on 1 December 2019. Site allocations will take place after this date and no sites will be allocated prior to this. Applications received after 1 December will be on a wait list.

The prospectus will provide you with the following information:

  • Event layout maps, including redeveloped areas for 2020
  • Site sizes and prices
  • Exhibiting criteria for specific areas
  • How to apply for a site
  • Fee payment requirements
  • Exhibiting conditions

Please be sure the products or services you intend to display at Fieldays is appropriate and relevant to the area you wish to exhibit in.
