Option 1 - Countertop Tag Station (with touchscreen)

A cost-effective solution for data capture. Itʼs ideal for smaller sites or exhibitors looking for a simple, plug-and-play setup. This upgraded model replaces last yearʼs non-touch screen version.

- Your Logo - in a colour that stands out from your background, so that it can sit on top of your image. (i.e. a white logo if you have a coloured background, or black or other colour if you have a light background image).
- Terms & Conditions and/or Privacy Policy
Upon booking; weʼll share a template that clearly marks where the RFID tag needs to sit on your artwork
The standard app collects first name, last name, email and phone. However if you would like to add additional fields you can configure this in the Fieldays Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal i.e. Region.
Option 2 - Outdoor Tag Station

Built for outdoor environments, the Outdoor Tag Station is a weather-resistant unit designed for simple, reliable data capture in open or partially covered areas. This yearʼs model features a larger, more engaging touch screen within a durable housing, surrounded by high-impact branding space.

Simply place your order, and we’ll provide the design template. Once your artwork is ready, we’ll take care of the printing, apply it to the tag station, and ensure the unit is on-site and ready to use. It’s a fantastic way to boost your brand visibility and engage visitors.

Real-time data
Capture and manage your data in real-time. Each time a visitor taps their Smart Band on your Tag Station, the information is instantly available in your Fieldays Exhibitor Ticketing and Device Portal. From there, you can effortlessly export the data to your CRM or campaign management system. Track site traffic and measure ROI by monitoring visitor engagement.
Support and service
Our dedicated Smart Band support team will be on-site to assist with setup and offer ongoing support throughout the event.
- Artwork and lead capture software will be installed onto Tag Station(s) before they arrive on-site for you to collect.
- Support staff at the Exhibitor Services Centre will be available for Exhibitors before and during the event for training and assistance.
- Phone support will be available during the event.
