Before Fieldays

  • Promote your presence at Fieldays - Quote your Fieldays site number and location in all advertising

During Fieldays
  • Site presentation – Ensure your site is appealing and interactive - dare to be different!
  • Fieldays theme “The Changing Face of Farming” – Incorporate this theme into your site for added appeal.
  • Site layout – Ensure company name and site number is easily recognised and located in a prominent position on your site.
  • Identify staff – Ensure that staff are wearing uniforms and ID badges.
  • Site management – Ensure your site is always manned and staff are approachable, hospitable and motivated.
  • Stock control – Ensure your stock is maintained, especially for high demand products.
  • Product presentation – Ensure products are well labelled, appealing and you have signage to assist with sales. NOTE: Please consider security of your site and ensure you have public liability insurance.
  • Product and service support – Ensure visitors have access to information supporting your products and/or services.
  • Product relevance – Ensure only eligible products are displayed on your sites (refer to clause 7.0 of Exhibiting Conditions).
  • Health and safety requirements – Ensure your site is compliant with OSH and the Fieldays site safety requirements. Identify all hazards and eliminate, minimise or isolate them. Please include a fire extinguisher.
After Fieldays
  • Measure your achievements against your objectives set prior to Fieldays. Then review, revere or revise!
  • Follow up any sales leads.
  • Continue your Fieldays promotions.
  • Plan your site for the next Fieldays event.
