Key Fieldays Visitor Information
Visitors are not permitted to being animals on site, with the exception of guide dogs for the visually impaired and certified disability assist dogs.
ANZ is proud to be the official bank of Fieldays. The ANZ Mystery Creek Branch (located on M Road next to the Village Green) will be open between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Wednesday to Saturday of Fieldays week. ANZ will have experienced managers available to speak with you regarding all of your banking and financial requirements.
ANZ will provide the following banking services:
• Deposits for all banks with pre-printed deposit slips
• Credit card withdrawals
• Cash withdrawals from the ANZ on-site branch; via the ANZ Atms as indicated on the Fieldays site map; and via the ANZ mobile cash-out carts.

Business and International Centre
The Business and International Centre is the perfect place for national and international business visitors and exhibitors to conduct and conclude business during Fieldays. All international and New Zealand business visitors are invited to use this spacious facility, located adjacent to the Mystery Creek Pavilion on E Street.
The free Fieldays Courier Service can help if you purchase something at Fieldays that is too heavy or awkward to carry to your vehicle. The Fieldays Courier Service transports your purchased parcels from exhibitor sites to the Courier Depot at Gate 2, for easy retrieval by you as you leave at the end of your visit. Contact the free Fieldays Courier Service on 07 834 6299 from 8.30am – 4pm to arrange parcel collection or talk to the selling exhibitor to arrange this for you. Alternatively, stop at an information booth and they will call a courier for you.
In case of an emergency dial 111 and provide your location and your contact details. Contact the Fieldays Office on 0800 004 444 or 07 843 44997 to report the emergency/incident.
Located in the Services Building on the corner of E Street and Bank Road, useful services include printing facilities, photocopying, laminating, and limited stationery available for purchase.
A first aid service is situated in the Services Building on Bank Road.
Food and beverage
Food courts are located throughout Fieldays in four locations - North, South, East, and West.
The Fieldays Restaurant is adjacent to the Mystery Creek Pavilion on E Street.
Helicopter and jet boat rides
We have a designated helicopter landing zone located beside the Waikato River jetty (near Gate 7). For access to this helipad, please contact Helicorp on 021 977 657 or 07 843 3447. For enquiries about boat services to and from Fieldays, please contact Waikato River Explorer on 0800 139 756 or CamJet on 0800 226 538.
Information booths are located around the site and are indicated by the information symbol on the Fieldays site map. The information booths are a useful place to stop, get your bearings and ask for help with locating a particular site or exhibitor.
Download the free Fieldays 2017 mobile app from either the App Store or Google Play. Useful features include the site map, exhibitor details, event information and activity timetables.
Mobility scooters are available to hire on site from Life Unlimited. These are located at Gate 1 by the University of Waikato Arch. Call 0800 008 011 to book or for enquiries.
If you need to report a missing person, or if you are separated from your group, go to the Salvation Army site located on Bank Road, near the Village Green and Services Building.
Gates open daily at 8am and close at 5pm, Wednesday 14 June – Saturday 17 June 2017.
Located beside the Exhibition Building on Bank Road; at the Salvation Army site, N1A; and in the amenities block of the Mystery Creek Pavilion (D Street), Parents Rooms have the following facilities:
• Hot water
• Changing tables
• Comfy seating
Ample free parking is available off Mystery Creek Road and Airport Road. Please take note of where you park your car and what coloured zone it is in to ensure you can easily find your vehicle at the end of the day.
Keep a lookout for buses shuttling visitors from the furthest car parks to the Fieldays gates.
Disabled parking is available on site for CCS permit holders and is accessible through Gate 0 off Airport Road.
New Zealand Police has a site at Fieldays during the event, you can contact us for police assistance on 0800 004 444 or visit them in the Services Building on Bank Road to:
• Report any security issues if you feel threatened, or property is at risk
• Report lost or found items
Toilet facilities are indicated on the site map are can also easily be found in the Fieldays app.
While you are at Fieldays, make sure you complete the visitor survey to help improve Fieldays and go in the draw to win a Suzuki motorbike.
• Fundraising drives or raffles are not permitted on the Fieldays grounds
• Public are not permitted on the exhibition site outside exhibition hours
• Unauthorised marketing, product sales or petitioning is not permitted anywhere on the exhibition site including car parks.
