Fieldays 2017 Drone Policy
From 14-17 June 2017 the only drone that can be flown is that of GPSit, the official drone supplier and sponsor to Fieldays.
• Other drone owners may fly drones during Fieldays site set up (prior to 14 June) and break down (from 20 June), taking into account the following conditions:
   - Permission must be granted by the Hamilton Airport – no consent, no flying
   - The drone is restricted to the airspace over which it is launched, for the purpose of taking images of that site only, at the request of the site owner
   - Images cannot be taken of neighbouring sites, or be sold to other site owners
   - The images remain the property of the site owner
• Fieldays will need to be notified of companies or people intending to fly drones over the site during the set up/break down period.
The Fieldays 2017 Drone Policy is in place to ensure we do not endanger visitors or exhibitors to Fieldays.
