Site Application Process

1. Reserved site process for Fieldays 2012 begins July 2011 for current reserved site holders and for new applications for reserved sites (conditions apply). Contact your Exhibitor Liaison on 07 843 4499 or email fieldays@fieldays.co.nz for more information.  
2. From mid October 2011, complete the online 2012 Fieldays site application form located in the Business Centre, or please contact the Fieldays office for a hard copy.
3. Remember to list your preferred sites, including second and third options
4. Remember to detail the products and/or services you will be exhibiting
5. Complete the online application before 1 December 2011 to be included in the initial site allocation process. Alternatively post, fax or email the hard copy version. Site allocation for 2012 will commence 1 December, 2011. Any applications received after this date will be allocated the remaining sites on a first in, first served basis. Contact the Fieldays office with queries. 

1. All applications received on or before 1 December 2011 will be included in the initial site allocation and treated equally
2. Applications received after 1 December 2011 will be processed in order of receipt
3. If necessary, balloting may be used for allocating sites
4. From 1 December, enquiries regarding site allocation cannot be answered by phone, email or in person until after 15 December 2011.
5. NOTE: Sites are not considered booked until FULL payment is received. Payment for your preferred site must accompany site application.

International Exhibitors
Applications from exhibitors outside New Zealand are being accepted now. We will process international exhibitor applications as they occur. Please note all prices featured are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Please contact the Fieldays team at international@fieldays.co.nz or phone +64 7 843 4499 to enquire further.

 

Beware of The Expo Guide. Please be wary of companies riding off the back of Fieldays, asking for you to update your details on their website and / or offering their services as an international exhibitor guide. If you choose to participate, please read all small print carefully, as they often cost large sums of money. Fieldays is in no way affiliated with and does not endorse the actions of these companies.
