The NZ National Agricultural Fieldays 2012 prospectus, site application form and site map are available below. Please note Fieldays 2012 is at 99% capacity with only a handful of sites remaining. To apply for a remaining site or to join the waiting list complete the site application form below.

PLEASE BE AWARE YOU MUST BE USING EITHER INTERNET EXPLORER OR GOOGLE CHROME TO COMPLETE THE APPLICATION.
The Fieldays 2012 site application form is in a new format compared to 2011, be aware of the following:
- The Fieldays 2012 site application form is now a click and choose map: You are now able to directly click on any available site/s and add these to your preferred choice, second choice and third choice for allocation.
- Options for power are now built into the Fieldays 2012 site application form; if you know your power requirements for Fieldays 2012 you can now apply in your application otherwise use the Additional power form.
- Fieldays new Advertising Packages are available within the Fieldays 2012 site application form. These offer exhibitors more exposure for their dollar, with packages offering up to a 30% discount on the retail cost of services. Apply for this before the 1st of December 2011 and receive a further 10% earlybird discount. - Find out more about Fieldays Advertising Packages here
Fieldays 2012 site application form Instructions
Please click on the appropriate button and follow the instructions to complete the Fieldays 2012 site application form.
- Click on the appropriate button below
- Enter or update (if applicable) your company and contact details
- Update your products/services that you intend exhibiting at Fieldays 2012 (this must be completed in order to allocate you a site)
- For security reasons, please update your User ID and Password to at least 6 characters (numbers or letters) to something that is identifiable to your company
- Select Update and Continue
- Choose your sites by clicking on the map button in the form. You must choose your sites from the map to complete the application
- Complete all other relevant sections then select Submit
