Ticket Information for 2011 Fieldays
Fieldays 2011 was held 15 to 18 June at Mystery Creek Events Centre, Hamilton. Tickets for Fieldays 2012 will be available for purchase early 2012. The ticketing information below is for the 2011 event, therefore only an indication of potential ticket prices.
It is possible to purchase general admission tickets to Fieldays prior to the event, and avoid crowding at the gate. General admission tickets are available either online, or at regional I-Sites. However, general admission tickets to Fieldays which are purchased online are the cheapest option. General admission tickets allow access to the exhibition area from 8am to 5pm. The 2012 Fieldays Programme & Buying Guide will also be available online or at regional I-Sites from late May 2012.
Exhibitors can purchase additional tickets through the Exhibitor Centre.

NOTE: An online booking fee of $4 per transaction is payable. All major credit cards are accepted. Note ticket prices listed are for the 2011 event.
Mobility Card Holders and Requests for Disability Parking
Please refer the Fieldays Interactive Map to view areas designated for disability parking. Mobility card holders will be allowed to park in areas designated for disability parking, provided your mobility card is displayed in your windscreen. You will also need to be in possession of valid Fieldays entry tickets. If you do not have a mobility card but require disability parking, please contact the STREAM Team on 07-8434497 for further assistance.
School Groups
Tickets are available online for school groups, subject to special terms and conditions.
Failure to adhere to all the terms and conditions of this ticket class will result in admission being denied.
Terms and Conditions:
- Tickets are intended solely for the purposes of a school group making an educational trip to Fieldays.
- Individuals may not purchase these tickets online.
- The group must be a registered primary or secondary educational institution. It does not include tertiary education providers.
- The group must be accompanied by registered teachers.
- The organiser must notify the Fieldays Society of the name of the primary or secondary education provider, the name of the organiser, and the date of attendance.
- Entry will be via one nominated gate only. You will need to register to receive notification of what gate and barcode scanner you may enter through.
- Anyone over the age of 14 years and not part of a registered and notified school group who is caught attempting to use this type of ticket will be denied entry to Fieldays and ticket monies will not be refunded.
- Independent verification will be made of all purchases of this ticket type prior to the event. Failure to meet all the terms and conditions of this ticket class will result in admission being denied at the gate, and ticket monies will not be refunded.
